Exchanges
You can easily exchange an item for a different size or opt to receive store credit within 30 days of your original purchase. To initiate the exchange process, please utilize the contact form to the right.
Keep in mind, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, to qualify for an exchange.
Refunds: We proudly offer refunds for any defective or incorrect items you may receive. If, by chance, you find yourself with a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to us within 30 days of placing your order. We'll thoroughly review the issue and provide a suitable solution, whether that be a replacement, store credit, or a refund as needed.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable in these cases.
